The Apple Dumpling Festival has become a tradition in the Berks County area for over 50 years. It is considered to be a true piece of Americana reminiscent of the old time county fairs where friends, families, and neighbors meet and have fun.

The Festival features a midway with state of the art Amusement Rides, Games, Delicious Food, Music, Entertainment, Craft Show, Pie Eating and Watermelon Seed Spitting Contests, and of course Thousands of Home Made Apple Dumplings.

The Pageant is held nightly featuring girls ages 4-7 competing for Little Miss Apple Dumpling, girls ages 8-11 competing for Junior Miss Apple Dumpling, girls ages 12-15 competing for Teen Miss Apple Dumpling, and girls ages 16-21 competing for Miss Apple Dumpling.
