Directions: Call Konopelski Katering to make your reservations.  We will give you a confirmation number.  Then, simply fill out the form and mail it along with payment to: Konopelski Katering, 121 Goose Lane, Sinking Spring, PA 19608. Come to Willow Glen Park in Sinking Spring on the date of your party. You will pick up your tickets at the group ticket booth.
